Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with GOODLUCK HAIR . We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return/exchange any purchase within 7 days of receipt. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

Instructions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Email us with your order number. We will reply to the return instructions when we confirm compliance with our policies.Customers who do not comply with the return instructions will be responsible for the resulting additional shipping costs and tax.

*Any package posted without our consent will not be accepted.

  1. Ship the item back to us and email us the tracking number
  2. Depending on whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or exchanging them, we will inform you of the refund approval or the shipment details for your exchange order as soon as we have received your returned item(s) and your request has been processed.

Return Conditions

  1. Do NOTcut the lace. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been lace cut, worn, washed or altered. Please don't bother to send the box, you can just use the delivery bag to pack the wig.
  2. Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming it's in consistency with our policies.
  3. Customized items cannot be returned.
  4. Returns need to be made within 3 business days, once this period has expired, we will consider the return canceled.
  5. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you would like to return the wig, please sign for the package and email usfor return instructions. Otherwise you will have to pay high customs charges for not complying with our instructions.

Return Charges

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight.

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.

*Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Exchange Conditions

Please be aware that we can only exchange the item once.

Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

Customized items cannot be returned for exchange.

Exchange policy

Email william@goodluckhaircom within 7 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration. 

Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming it's in consistency with our policies.

After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item.

For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

We will pay for the re-shipping fee, customers are responsible for the return fee.

* All refund will be handled on working days (From Monday to Friday), Excluding weekends and holidays.
